Please suggest what to do. Really miss the cut and paste function at the moment. Manage File TotalFinder? I'm not sure as I just use default finder. - Thanks to SIP though you can expect a lot of developers to stop working on things like this. Hope you found this post useful... I was super excited when XtraFinder was released. It really transformed how Finder in OS X worked. I loved the folders on top sorting and many of its other features. Unfortunately it ceased to function in OS X 10.11 El Capitan. Control + Shift + W

XtraFinder's core options are organized in four categories, dedicated to enabling and customizing tabs on the Finder window, adding new toolbar options and other features, tweaking its appearance, and adding new items in the Finder menus. Of course, tabs can be created with the stock Finder as well, but with XtraFinder, you can make it look like a browser window. The application allows you to choose between Opera and Chrome-like tabs and you can also tweak their behavior.

Hi. Many weeks ago (in April), I downloaded XtraFinder version 0.28. This is intended to suit OSX High Sierra. However, although High Sierra is installed on a separate partition on my iMac, usually, I use Sierra, occasionally making forays into High Sierra to try out various things. I shall move into High Sierra when I feel ready to do so.
